Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years electrical experience in commercial, residential and property management environments.
• License preferred; we will assist in acquiring.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Proficient in reading prints or schematics; NEC familiarity.
• Experience with circuits, lighting and site/LED lighting.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and service project electrical work at residential and commercial sites.
• Read and interpret prints/schematics; troubleshoot outages and faults.
• Maintain safe work practices and detailed records.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professional appearance.
• Support site supervisors and contribute to project timelines.

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management environments
• Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)

• $30-$40 per hour based upon experience & licensing
