Job summary

Service Champions NorCal in Livermore, CA is seeking skilled Service Electricians to join our growing team. We power residential electrical service across the Bay Area, offering competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

You will perform service, repair, and maintenance, diagnose issues, maintain a professional image, and build lasting customer relationships while promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential/General Journeyman Certification OR C10 license).
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting and repair.
• Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards and job site safety protocols.
• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs., working in varying weather, and climbing ladders/roofs.
• Professional, clean appearance with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
• Diagnose issues and provide safe, code-compliant solutions.
• Operate a company vehicle and maintain a professional appearance.
• Build strong relationships by explaining solutions and options to customers.
• Promote MVP Client Loyalty Program and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Ensure each project meets safety, quality, and professionalism standards.

Daily Responsibilities

• Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.
• Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.
• Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.
• Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• Certified & Experienced At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential/General Journeyman Certification OR C10 license)
• Knowledgeable Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
• Safety-Focused Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.
• Physically Capable Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.
• Professional Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
