The role emphasizes customer-focused service, independent daily Dispatch from home, and collaboration with a team to deliver high-quality workmanship. Dayton-based, full-time, onsite with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Deep understanding of residential electrical systems, components, and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule and workflow.

Responsibilities
