Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC is seeking a full-time Electrician to join our Electrical team in Hillsboro, OH. You’ll perform in-home service calls and help homeowners choose the right products, services, and financing options while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid electrician license or be a near-licensed apprentice, have a clean driving record, and pass background and drug screening.

We are looking to bring on an Electrician to join our Electrical team. Our Electricians complete in-home service calls. You will use your communication skills and be able to educate and assist customers in choosing the right products, services, and financing plans. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. We're looking for hard workers who love to win as a team and are committed to working with the best. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.
