Job summary

Reliant Coffee is hiring a Van Delivery and Equipment Maintenance specialist in Henderson/Las Vegas. This full-time, onsite role supports coffee delivery and maintenance of espresso equipment, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You will load orders, make dependable deliveries, service equipment, and assist in warehouse tasks. A clean driving record, reliable transportation, and comfort with data entry in Excel/Word are required. Customer service experience is preferred.

Van Delivery and Equipment Maintenance

Overview

We are looking to hire someone with a great attitude. You will have frequent contact with our customers both in person and on the phone. Previous roles in customer service are preferred.

Must be detail oriented with the ability to be flexible in handling a variety of assignments. A clean driving record is required. Reliable transportation is a must.

Hours will be Monday-Friday. This can truly be a great ground floor opportunity for the right individual.

The primary responsibility will be to provide coffee delivery and maintenance service on our automated espresso equipment. We are a local coffee provider experiencing large growth.

Job Responsibilities

Your job title will be Delivery Driver and Sales Support; your activities will primarily involve product delivery, customer care, and general warehouse work. You will report to the Branch Operations or Area Manager. Duties may be assigned as needed and may change based on company needs.

As the delivery driver you are expected to arrive at the appointed start time and communicate with your direct supervisor for that day’s activities. Your responsibilities include:

• Proper loading of items needed for sales and safe driving to customers’ accounts.
• Delivering items to restock customer inventory.
• Inspection of equipment and basic cleaning at customer sites.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles and keeping them clean.
• Producing accurate and timely administrative documents such as work orders, time reports, receipts, and truck stock inventory.
• Assisting in the preparation of espresso and coffee machines for installation at customer sites.
• Performing basic repair of espresso and coffee machines at warehouse and in the field when needed.
• Reading, reviewing, and understanding machine user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical training presentations as needed.
• General cleanup of the workplace and relevant customer account areas.

Full-time work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds, and regularly lift 25 pounds.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Data entry skills using software such as Excel, Word, and company-specific inventory and service reporting applications. May be required to install these apps on your phone.
