Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader at Hardee's to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

You will lead by example and assist the General Manager in daily operations. Responsibilities include coaching crew, conducting shift meetings, managing labor costs, ensuring safety and sanitation, handling cash procedures, and maintaining reports in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• At least 1 year of shift management experience and ability to lead/train talent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and management.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and lead by example.
• Conduct shift meetings to discuss operations and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
