Job summary

BRAM Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Drive Sales Representative for our Lexus of Brooklyn location. The role focuses on maximizing vehicle sales by prospecting customers from the service lane, guiding them through the sales/lease process, and delivering excellent service within a Monday–Friday schedule.

We offer an advanced base salary, a monthly bonus program, and a trade dividend program, with focus on maintaining CSI scores and ethical selling practices.

Qualifications

• Must have previous automotive sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers from the service lane and manage the sales/lease process.
• Follow road to sale steps including walk around and needs analysis.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle challenging situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships and close sales.
• Prepare all paperwork for vehicle sales.
• Uphold ethical standards and CSI targets.
• Apply safeguards and safety policies.
