The role focuses on maximizing vehicle sales by prospecting customers from the service lane, guiding them through the sales or lease process, and delivering vehicles with exceptional follow-up.

The position offers a Monday–Friday work week, advanced base salary, and a monthly bonus program, plus a trade dividend program.

Qualifikationen

• Must have previous automotive sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Russian is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, sit and mobilize through dealership work areas.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers from the service lane and guide them through the sales/lease process.
• Follow road to sale steps (walk around, test drive, needs analysis).
• Maintain minimum target sales goals and CSI scores.

Kenntnisse

Automotive sales experience
