Job summary

Fields BMW of Northfield seeks an experienced automotive salesperson to join our premium service drive environment. You will engage service customers, identify buyers or lease replacements, and generate sales opportunities from our BMW customer database.

You will appraise trades, present upgrade options, and sell new and pre-owned BMWs while developing long-term relationships with BMW owners. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential to deliver the professional customer experience

Qualifications

• An experienced automotive salesperson with a proven track record.
• Confident approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Strong at follow-up and relationship building.
• Professional and customer-focused.
• Organized and accountable.
• BMW or luxury automotive experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work the BMW Service Drive and engage directly with service customers.
• Identify customers who are potential buyers or lease replacements.
• Generate sales opportunities from our existing BMW customer database.
• Appraise trades and present vehicle upgrade opportunities.
• Sell new and pre-owned BMWs.
• Develop long-term relationships with BMW owners.
• Follow up aggressively and professionally with service-drive prospects.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers and the Sales Team.
• Deliver the level of professionalism and customer experience expected from BMW.
