• Welcome customers as they arrive in the service drive.
• Check in new vehicles and prepare them for service.
• Move, park, and organize customer vehicles safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
• Assist service advisors with vehicle flow and customer needs.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds when needed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers after service is completed.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and dealership standards are followed.
