Crown Automotive Group in Saint Petersburg, FL, is hiring a Service Drive Concierge for Crown Hyundai. This role serves as a liaison between service drive customers and our sales teams to identify additional services based on each client’s needs.

We offer competitive base hourly pay with commission and bonuses, plus benefits and career growth opportunities. Total first-year earnings are estimated at $40K-$55K, with access to company events and an employee vehicle purchase program.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to engage with automotive customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet service drive guests and attend to their needs.
• Coordinate with sales to identify additional services and upsell.
• Assist in the vehicle service contracts offering when appropriate.
• Learn and use automotive software systems used in sales and service.

Total estimated first-year earnings $40K-$55K

As a Service Drive Concierge, you serve as a liaison between our service drive customers and our sales departments to help identify additional services for our clients based upon their individual needs.

We will rely on you to help in the following ways:

• Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guest, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
• Work with a used car buying team through an automated process
• Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
• Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes

Responsibilities:

• Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
• Offer Vehicle Service Contracts to customer about to be out of factory warranty
• Other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
• Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service.
