Job summary

Crown Hyundai, part of Crown Automotive Group, is seeking a Service Drive Concierge to bridge service drive customers with the sales team and tailor service offerings to individual needs.

The role offers base pay with commissions/bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a customer-centric environment. First-year earnings are projected between $40K and $55K.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service drive guests; identify their needs.
• Offer vehicle service contracts to customers nearing warranty expiry.
• Support loyal Crown service customers with follow-up tasks.
• Learn and use automotive software systems used in sales and service.

Total estimated first-year earnings $40K-$55K

As a Service Drive Concierge, you serve as a liaison between our service drive customers and our sales departments to help identify additional services for our clients based upon their individual needs.

We will rely on you to help in the following ways:

• Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guest, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
• Work with a used car buying team through an automated process
• Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
• Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes

Responsibilities:

• Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
• Offer Vehicle Service Contracts to customer about to be out of factory warranty
• Other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
• Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service.
