Job summary

Casey Auto Group in Newport News, VA is hiring a Full-Time Service Greeter/Service Lot Attendant. You’ll be the friendly first contact in the service drive, guiding customers to their Service Advisor and helping with vehicle prep.

This fast-paced role requires physical endurance, 40+ hours weekly, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and 401(k) with company contributions; shifts may include holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and escort them to their Service Advisor.
• Assist Service Advisors with various tasks and prepare vehicles for service (steering wheel, seat, and floor covers).
• Perform initial vehicle checks (battery test, fluid levels) and attach key tags.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery (check tires/fluids, wash, vacuum, sanitize) and maintain clean, organized service area.
