Job summary

Morrie’s Auto Group in Onalaska, WI is seeking a friendly shuttle/drive-aisle teammate to move customers between home and dealership while their car is serviced. You’ll assist with light office duties, vehicle cleaning, and greeting guests on the service drive, playing a key role in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a cohesive service team, directing customers and supporting advisors. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles.
• Run customer's cars through the car wash.
• Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts if needed.
• Move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department.
• Greet customers on the service drive.
• Direct customers, handle customer relations, and liaise between customers and advisors.
