Morrie’s Buffalo Ford in Buffalo, MN is hiring for a full-time shuttle/service-drive assistant. The role includes customer shuttle duties, vehicle cleaning, and front-desk support in a busy service department.

Qualifications

• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with dependable attendance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles.
• Run customers' cars through the car wash.
• Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts if needed.
• Move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department.
• Greet customers on the service drive.
• Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and liaise between customers and advisors.
• Filing repair orders.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested.
