Job summary

Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking a Service Center Support Associate to greet guests, assist service advisors, and coordinate appointments. You will perform vehicle walk-arounds and provide essential administrative support to the service team.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, professional communication, and reliability. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and willing to undergo background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Customer Service experience required.
• Computer and administrative experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude is a must.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and provide best-in-class customer service to customers and employees alike.

• Assign customers to Service Advisors as needed using computer software.
