Job summary

Lou Fusz Mazda Evansville is seeking a front desk/customer service representative to support our busy dealership. You will schedule appointments, answer phones, greet customers, and assist with daily showroom operations.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance and a high-energy attitude; you must have a valid driver's license and be willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and self-start.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for customers.
• Answering phones and making outgoing calls.
• Greeting customers and facilitating showroom flow.
• Dressing and moving vehicles; valet and shuttle duties.
• Stocking key tags and cars; checking loaner vehicles in/out.
• Assisting advisors with daily schedules.
