Responsibilities include overseeing the drive lane, owning the customer experience, providing concierge support for owner inquiries, and efficiently distributing work among technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
