Job summary

Lou Fusz Chevrolet in Evansville, IN is seeking a motivated customer service professional to support the showroom and service departments by scheduling, answering phones, and greeting guests. You will assist advisors, move vehicles, and handle shuttle/valet duties; demonstrate excellent communication, a polished appearance, and a positive energy to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screens

• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance are essential.
• A positive, high-energy personality and superior customer service are required.
• Self-motivated, capable of working in a dynamic environment; valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and answer phones for customers.
• Make outgoing calls and greet customers as they arrive.
• Dress vehicles, move vehicles, and operate valet/shuttle duties.
• Stock key tags and cars; check loaner vehicles in and out.
• Assist advisors with daily schedules and showroom flow.
