Job summary

McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Dispatcher to join our service team. You'll serve as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and operations, ensuring service requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

In this role you will coordinate technician schedules, communicate updates to customers, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. You will also monitor workloads and allocate resources to meet daily demands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in call center operations and dispatch roles.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical or service industry background is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Service Requests: schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Communication Point: act as main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Problem-solving: address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: real-time schedule optimization.
• Record-Keeping: maintain accurate service, schedule, and incident records.
• Priority Response: coordinate priority response when needed.
• Resource Allocation: ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaboration: work with other departments to improve service delivery.
