Job summary

Toyota of Hernando, part of Synergy Automotive, is seeking a Service Director to lead the Service Department and drive performance and CSI. You will forecast, budget, and improve profitability across labor and parts while coaching advisors and technicians to excel under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive service management experience.
• Toyota brand experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems; Tekion experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Service Department and uphold performance and CSI standards.
• Own the department's financial performance: forecast, budget, and drive profitability across labor and parts gross.
• Coach and develop service advisors and technicians, building a team that performs under pressure and takes pride in the work.
• Partner with the Parts Department to keep the right inventory and keep repairs moving.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally, protecting the dealership's reputation and guest relationships.
• Ensure processes from write-up to delivery meet Toyota brand standards and Synergy's commitment to excellence.
