Position Summary

A Service Development Representative (SDR) supports facility growth, strengthens referral relationships, and improves access to behavioral healthcare services. The SDR assists with business development and marketing initiatives, gathers information from referral sources, meets with potential patients, conducts pre‑admission screenings to determine admission eligibility, and serves as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and the hospital.

• Supports facility growth by overseeing community outreach and marketing.
• Strengthens referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Improves access to behavioral healthcare services through effective screening and referral coordination.
• Communicates screening outcomes and recommendations in accordance with company policy.
• Maintains strong referral networks and contributes to continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Marketing preferred, or Business Development experience with a focus on healthcare.
• License: N/A
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in Sales or Development in the healthcare/medical industry.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and/or as a clinical educator.
• Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications.
• Ability to observe goals as minimum standards and always strive to exceed minimum standards.
• Proficient knowledge of tablets and smartphones.
