Job summary

Inserso Corporation is looking for a Service Desk Technician Level I to provide 24x7x365 support at our government site in Chandler, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, with strong communication skills and a willingness to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires U.S. citizenship and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• 1 year of IT Support experience, preferably in Help/Service Desk or Call Center environment.
• Experience troubleshooting common technical incidents such as local systems set‑up and local network issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, and/or email and create tickets to help resolve user issues.
• Provide first line of customer support and information from Knowledgebase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems.
