Requires 3+ years of experience, ServiceNow, Intune, MECM, and Entra ID. W2 employment through CompucomStaffing, with a competitive hourly wage and remote work flexibility.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and remote support skills.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Service Desk Technician to join their team for a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with Laptop/desktop setup and post-deployment support
• Take ownership of more complex tickets
• Address permissions, data, and other escalated support issues
• Reduce the workload being pushed onto the existing L2 team
• Help the team work down the existing backlog
• Provide additional capacity during and following the scheduled laptop deployment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Ability to perform troubleshooting
• Must have experience with Intune, Configuration Manager/MECM, Entra ID

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
