Requirements:

1. High School Diploma
2. Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift.
2. Be able to use basic computer skills.
3. Multi-tasking is a priority.
4. Be able to recognize and greet our members by name.
5. Make coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient manner.
6. Answer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessary.
7. Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
