Job description

TEKsystems is working with a client located in St. Louis, MO, on a Service Desk Manager position requiring specific experience with ManageEngine. We are excited to review your resume to see if this role is a good fit.

Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and deploy ManageEngine Service Desk Plus, collaborating with a third-party vendor while maintaining an on-staff dedicated resource.
  2. Manage a team of 4-6 Service Desk Technicians.
  3. Support multiple modules of ManageEngine, including AD Manage and Endpoint Central, with experience in these modules considered a bonus.
  4. Provide ongoing care and maintenance of ManageEngine post-configuration.
