Service Desk Analyst III (3rd Shift) - Remote/Hybrid

Join to apply for the Service Desk Analyst III (3rd Shift) - Remote/Hybrid role at Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (DBA ISHPI).

ISHPI is seeking a Service Desk Analyst III (3rd shift) to join our team supporting the United States Coast Guard IMS program in St. Louis, MO. The role involves providing tier 1 enterprise engineering, operations, and maintenance support in both unclassified and classified environments. The successful candidate will assist with modernization efforts and support services for the Coast Guard.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 remote, desktop, and field technician support.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Windows OS.
  • Use Role Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage network access.
  • Coordinate hardware delivery, maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
  • Install and remediate software to ensure application reliability.
  • Manage user accounts, including password resets and account maintenance.
  • Create email accounts and update Active Directory.
  • Monitor and secure mobile devices used by employees.
  • Support users with network and desktop hardware/software issues and training.
  • Diagnose IT and network problems and implement solutions.
  • Implement Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for virtual desktop management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in remote support and desktop programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 1 year of experience in a customer-focused technical support role.
  • ITIL foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Industry-specific certifications may be required.
Additional Details

Shift Hours: Willingness to work 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday.

Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with an active government security clearance. Interims and public trust clearances are not accepted.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
