Job summary

DCH Academy Honda in New Jersey is hiring cashiers for the Service Department. The position offers pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with full- and part-time schedules available and Saturday availability required. You will greet customers, schedule service, handle payments, and support daily service operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, customer-facing experience.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers arriving to the Service Department in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for service via telephone, email and in person.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and service lounge.
• Process payments for customer appointments by cash and/or card.
• Regularly interact with Service Advisor and Warranty team to ensure customers' needs are addressed and met.
