A leading company seeks a Guest Services Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy service department. This full-time, hands-on role involves vehicle movement, maintenance tasks, and supporting service advisors. Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and physically capable, with opportunities for growth within the department.
The Guest Services Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the service department while assisting with vehicle movement and lot organization. This is a physical, hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being active throughout the day.
Porter Duties:
Move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, technician stalls, and parking areas
Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery as needed
Keep service drive and customer waiting areas clean and organized
Maintain proper key organization and storage
Support service advisors and technicians with general tasks as requested
Ensure cleanliness and organization of loaner and courtesy vehicles
Perform battery jumps, tire inflations, and light lot maintenance as needed
Janitorial Duties:
Clean and maintain the service shop, technician bays, drive lanes, restrooms, and break areas
Sweep, mop, and power wash service floors daily
Empty trash bins and restock supplies in all work areas
Clean windows, doors, and general surfaces in service-related areas
Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Report any facility or equipment maintenance issues promptly
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior facility maintenance experience preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
Full-time schedule (Typically Monday–Saturday with a day off during the week)
Some flexibility required for early morning or evening coverage
