Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Finance & Accounting with responsibility for large-scale R2R operations.

You will lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, oversee General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Reporting, and drive process improvements with automation. You will partner with transformation and digital teams, ensure governance, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance are required or preferred.
• A Master's degree in Finance is advantageous for this role.
• Experience with ERP systems and large-scale financial operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Drive operational excellence by meeting SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
• Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions.
• Ensure governance and successful audits with strong controls.
• Foster client relationships and deliver consistent service excellence.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams with accountability and collaboration.
