Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead complex, client-facing managed services within the SAP+ Operate team. You will influence senior stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and shape the continued growth of SAP+ Operate.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between our SAP clients and the teams that deliver their services. You’ll take ownership of complex engagements, create the conditions for consistently strong service outcomes and help clients realise greater value from their SAP investments. You’ll have the scope to influence C-suite stakeholders, lead across Deloitte, client and third-party teams, and shape the continued growth of SAP+ Operate.

• Build trusted client partnerships. Develop relationships at every level, including the C-suite, so that Deloitte understands each client’s priorities, anticipates challenges and becomes a strategic partner in achieving their goals.
• Deliver measurable service value. Create clear visibility of performance, turn insight and feedback into action, and lead improvements that strengthen service quality, resilience and the client experience.
• Lead through complexity. Bring together the right people from Deloitte, the client and third parties to resolve issues, manage change and risk, and keep delivery focused on the outcomes that matter most.
• Protect the health of each engagement. Balance service, contractual, commercial and financial priorities to sustain quality, strengthen profitability and give senior leaders confidence in delivery.

• Experience leading the delivery of complex technology managed services, with accountability for service performance and client outcomes.
• A track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and translating business priorities into clear service commitments.
• The ability to use service measures, client feedback and operational insight to improve performance, resilience and the client experience.
• Experience managing service risks, contractual commitments and commercial or financial priorities within client engagements.
• The ability to lead across multidisciplinary teams, organisations and third parties, using sound judgement to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Experience delivering services in an SAP-enabled environment or supporting SAP transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of recognised service management practices or a relevant professional qualification, such as ITIL.
• Experience identifying opportunities to expand client relationships or contributing to proposals for new services.
