Deloitte UK is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our SAP Change & Training team. You will analyze complex SAP transformation challenges, formulate recommendations, and drive outcomes for diverse clients while mentoring teammates.
The role covers Change Management, Training delivery, and project support, with familiarity in Prosci ADKAR, stakeholder engagement, and SAP Activate. Hybrid work in London or Manchester is available.

Beyond client delivery, you will significantly contribute to practice development, enhancing our capabilities and mentoring colleagues.

This role primarily focuses on contributing to the delivery of Change Management and Training within SAP transformation programmes. You will play a key role as a team member, supporting larger initiatives and taking responsibility for specific tasks and deliverables.

A good understanding of SAP programme dynamics is important for contributing to high-quality enablement solutions and embedding these activities effectively within broader project plans.
