Job summary

Deloitte UK invites a Senior FI/CO lead to own the Finance workstream on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition engagements in the UK. You’ll drive delivery from design through go-live, shaping how Finance is delivered across projects.

You’ll run Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior client finance stakeholders, ensure configuration quality, testing and cutover readiness, and guide consultants and analysts on multiple client engagements within a hybrid UK model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FI/CO workstreams through SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and Fit-to-Standard delivery.

You'll lead the Finance (FI/CO) workstream on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition engagements. That means running Fit-to-Standard workshops with client finance leads, holding the design decisions that come out of them, and taking responsibility for configuration quality, testing and cutover readiness through to go-live.

You'll also direct the work of consultants and analysts on your workstream, and contribute to bids and to the accelerators the CoE reuses across clients. Both are genuine parts of the role rather than something to pick up in spare time.

• Demonstrable experience leading Finance (FI/CO) workstreams through full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Working knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and a Fit-to-Standard delivery approach.
• Confidence running workshops with senior client finance stakeholders and managing scope conversations directly.
• Experience guiding and reviewing the work of consultants and analysts.
• UK public sector delivery experience across local government, policing, health or housing.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance.
• Exposure to bid and proposal work.
