Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services between our offices in Europe and India. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams in both locations to ensure efficient service delivery and resolution of issues.

Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies for improvement.

Lead the resolution of service incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.

Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Allocate resources efficiently to meet service delivery requirements and manage workloads.

Proactively manage deliveries identifying potential on allocation resources issues on capacity and skillsets.

Anticipate if velocity might be impacted by any reason, and proactively propose mitigation measures.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT service delivery management.

Proficiency in ITIL and other service management framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in managing and resolving service incidents.

Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Understanding of DevOps principles and best practices to improve collaboration, efficiency, and quality in the software development process.

Understanding the suite of services offered by Azure DevOps

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

Background in software development or project management.
