Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a front-end/marketing-focused developer to implement large-scale email templates and digital campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. You will build responsive HTML emails, banners, landing pages, and related assets, while configuring platforms for email, web, and push campaigns.

You will work across teams to ensure high-quality delivery, perform QA, and support launches for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and analytics integration.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or Web Design.
At least 2–4 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong experience building cross-client, responsive HTML email templates.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent design software.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Hands-on experience in web design and web campaign management.
Comfortable working with JavaScript code.
Broad exposure to web advertising channels including email marketing and Google Ads.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience with Python and Selenium is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to shift priorities in fast-paced environments.
Detail-driven approach to high-quality, error-free work.
Experience collaborating across culturally diverse groups.
Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Implement large-scale digital marketing campaigns across online channels for Fortune 500 customers
Build and edit emails, display banners, landing pages, and Facebook ads in HTML, PSD, Sketch, PDF, JPG, and other formats
Produce digital marketing assets, templates, and images using industry best practices
Set up and configure platforms for Email, Web, and Push notification campaigns
Follow rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless asset delivery
Perform all necessary tasks for project launches
Assist Project Managers with project launch planning and execution
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues smoothly and effectively
Support campaigns across web, display ads, paid search/PPC, social media, and email marketing

Requirements

Educational background, preferably in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or Web Design
At least 2-4 years of experience in front-end development
Strong experience building cross-client, responsive HTML email templates
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent design software
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
Basic knowledge of simple video editing is a plus
Hands-on experience in web design and web campaign management
Comfortable working with JavaScript code
