Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for Pleasanton, TX. This role provides on-site support for service delivery challenges and leads 24/7 emergency response readiness across field operations.

The role focuses on field leadership, audits for SOP adherence, and coordination between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams to ensure project readiness and continuous improvement while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have 5+ years of experience in Thru-Tubing, Fishing, Completions or Coil Tubing.
• Have extensive, demonstrable experience navigating standard practices, safety protocols, and quality requirements for field execution.
• Proven ability to manage equipment contingencies and maintain client confidence under pressure.
• A "boots-on-the-ground" approach to auditing and coaching before issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Emergency Response: Maintain 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies and provide on-site support for service delivery challenges.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct proactive field audits on crew adherence to SOPs and contribute to projects as a team member.
• Equipment & Project Readiness: Manage long-term equipment readiness for upcoming projects and coordinate with Engineering/AMO/Readiness teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure Lessons Learned are applied to every job and record improvements with supervisors post-job while following HSE policies.

About this job

The Service Delivery Coordinator will provide on-site support for service delivery challenges and provide leadership for 24/7 emergency response readiness. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Field Leadership & Emergency Response

Maintain 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies. Provide on-site support for service delivery challenges, including equipment failures and client troubleshooting.

Audit & Compliance

Conduct proactive field audits on crew adherence to SOPs. Contributing to project as a team member.

Equipment & Project Readiness

Manage long-term equipment readiness for upcoming projects and new startups. Act as the focal point between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams for high-profile job planning.

Continuous Improvement

Ensure "Lessons Learned" are not just recorded but physically applied to every job. Coordinate directly with Supervisors post-job to capture and institutionalize operational improvements. Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
