Job summary

Interns assist with technical implementation, operational readiness, requirements documentation, status updates, and issue resolution, while gaining exposure

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (rising junior or senior) pursuing IS/Informatics/Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities across technical and business teams.
• Track project tasks, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Document business requirements, process updates, meeting notes, and implementation details.
• Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Participate in issue tracking and follow-up to drive resolution across teams.
• Support operational readiness activities, including documentation review and knowledge transfer.
