Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, IN offers a 12-week Software Delivery Management Internship (May 17–Aug 6, 2027) at our headquarters. This full-time role (40 hours/week) immerses you in product management, Agile delivery, and AI-enabled productivity.

You will gain mentorship from Product Managers and Owners while contributing to dashboards, reporting, and process tools across multiple product teams. You will help groom backlogs, support sprint planning, track milestones, and prepare status

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in Computer Science, IS, Business Admin, PM or related field.
• Interest in software product management, Agile delivery, AI-enabled productivity, or project management.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and groom product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with PMs and PO teams.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies with notes and follow-ups.
• Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and release schedules across product teams.
• Build and maintain status reports, dashboards, and delivery metrics for stakeholders.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support documentation, meeting summaries, backlog organization, and insights.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and UX to align priorities, scope and timelines.
• Document delivery processes, playbooks, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Research Agile/delivery tools and industry trends; present findings to the team.
