Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Punctuality and adherence to attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide efficient and courteous service to Food City shoppers.
• Supervise, train, and develop Service Deli associates.
• Manage Service Deli associates to maximize sales and profitability.
• Assist in management of labor and work schedules for Service Deli staff.
• Input to performance reviews for Service Deli associates.
• Merchandise Service Deli cases and maintain inventory according to department needs.
