Foodland Super Market, Ltd in Hawai`i is seeking a part-time Service Deli Clerk. Pay starts from $18.02 per hour. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred, and relocation assistance is not provided.

Job-Type: Part -Time (24+ hours)

Service Deli Clerks are responsible but are not limited to the below:

• preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products. (Deli products include deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet and hot case items.)
• informing customers about our deli products and services
• help increase sales by handing out food samples and by recommending additional items to customers
• work with equipment like fryers and slicers and use store intercoms to announce special promotions and weekly specials.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to frequently lift, maneuver and/carry up to 50 pounds
• Must have TB ClearanceMust comply with all company policies and requirements
