Group 1 Land Rover Rockland is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add qualified Service Customer Relations Coordinator to our team. Responsibilities

• Scheduling service appointments
• Scheduling loaner cars
• Scheduling pickup and delivery of customer vehicles
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Advisors
• Support in the daily operations of the service department

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude
• Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Professional appearance and appropriate dress required.

The compensation for the position ranges from $45,000 - $55,000 a year
