Group 1 Land Rover Rockland, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a Service Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service activities, manage appointments, loaner cars, and vehicle pickups/deliveries with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.

You will support the Service Manager and Advisors, handle daily department operations, and contribute to a positive, professional environment.

Competenze

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling service appointments
• Scheduling loaner cars
• Scheduling pickup and delivery of customer vehicles
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Advisors
• Support in the daily operations of the service department

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude
• Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Professional appearance and appropriate dress required.

The compensation for the position ranges from $45,000 - $55,000 a year
