Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a friendly server for Cantonese cuisine to join a 5.5‑day, 44‑hour week.

Working hours are 11am–10pm with a break 2:30pm–5:30pm, located at 111 Somerset, Singapore 238164. Greet customers, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages promptly, handle cashiering, upsell menu items, maintain hygiene, assist with basic prep, and ensure a courteous dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Cantonese cuisine.
• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
• Replenish and stock supplies as needed
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
