Done Right Hood & Fire Safety, a Brooklyn-based fire safety company serving the tri-state area, seeks a Scheduling Coordinator who can manage service jobs for field crews. You will coordinate dates with customers, optimize routes, and maintain timely communication by email and CRM tools.

A natural people person with strong written skills will thrive here. You'll support evenings and overnight shifts, lead scheduling tasks, and help protect restaurants and staff from kitchen fires.

Qualifications

• Background in scheduling, dispatch or service coordination.
• Comfort talking with customers on the phone and via email.
• Experience leading a team and balancing priorities.
• Detail-oriented problem solver for scheduling issues.
• Comfort with CRM and scheduling software; ServiceTrade a plus.
• Evening and overnight schedule availability; high school diploma required.

Done Right Hood & Fire Safety is a fire safety company servicing the tri-state area, and we're known for giving our customers white-glove service. We want to make sure you're the right person for this role: you'll need great customer service etiquette, know how to talk with customers, and take ownership of solving their issues.

What You'll Do

• Schedule service jobs for our field crews across the tri-state area.
• Coordinate dates and times directly with customers so every visit runs smoothly.
• Use your knowledge of the five boroughs to plan smart, efficient schedules.
• Keep routes and schedules tight, with no wasted time between jobs.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every call.
• Write clear, professional emails to customers and the team.

What We're Looking For

• A background in scheduling, dispatch or service coordination, ideally in cleaning, plumbing, HVAC or another field service business.
• A natural people person who is genuinely comfortable talking with customers on the phone all day and delivering white-glove service on every call and email, backed by strong written communication skills.
• Experience leading a team and balancing several priorities at once.
• A detail-oriented problem solver who can fix scheduling issues on the fly.
• Comfort with CRM and scheduling software, email and spreadsheets. ServiceTrade experience is a big plus.
• Availability to manage evening and overnight schedules and respond to urgent issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or business coursework is a plus.
