Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the operations team by coordinating vehicle services such as maintenance and body work, ensuring vehicles are ready to dispatch. The role requires multi-tasking, prioritization, accuracy, and clear communication across divisions.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $22 per hour. Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license,

• Minimum of one year of general customer service experience.
• Must be 24 years of age per insurance requirements.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle services (maintenance, body work) to ensure readiness to dispatch.
• Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services and document needs.
• Schedule with vendors and reconcile service grids.
• Direct drivers per schedule and assist with inventory tracking.
• Provide effective written and oral communication across divisions.

In the Service Coordinator role, you will provide support to the operations team through the coordination of vehicle services such as maintenance and body work and ensure vehicle readiness to dispatch. This position requires the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, complete assignments thoroughly and accurately, and communicate effectively across company divisions and department.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $22/hr

What you will be doing:

• Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services.
• Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies.
• Ensure service grid is complete and accurate.
• Document services required and schedule with vendor.
• Inspect vehicle returning from service and properly store.
• Assist with directing drivers per schedule.
• Scan on-site vehicles and reconcile inventory status.
• Receive and send vehicles to/from transporters and over-the-road drivers.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather condidtions
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
