John Graham Housing & Services is seeking one full-time and one half-time Service Coordinator to provide comprehensive case management for clients across Vergennes and Addison County sites. The role emphasizes compassionate engagement and collaboration with local service providers.

The Service Coordinator will work in a congregate setting, utilizing trauma-informed approaches and electronic documentation to track progress and coordinate services for individuals and families in need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.

• Working knowledge of local resources and service providers.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, assertive engagement, and motivational interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for John Graham Housing & Services (JGHS) clients across Vergennes shelter, JGHS affordable housing sites in Addison County, and partner sites.

Working Conditions

• Location: John Graham Shelter in Vergennes, other JGHS sites, and in the community
• Hours: Full time 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday (part time position is 20 hours per week M-F TBD); work on-call on a rotating basis; evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be assigned
• Compensation: Starting wage $26-$29/hour; benefit package includes 100% premium paid on individual health insurance, 3% match on retirement plan contribution, and a generous CTO package; any hours over 40 hours/week are paid at overtime pay rate of time and a half
