KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.
• Assist in general office administration.
• Reconcile technician expenses with work orders after project completion.
• Support the accounts receivable team with reconciliation of past due invoices.
• Procure parts and materials for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.
• Partner with Service Manager & Service Operations Lead to prepare technician schedule and help ensure 100% PM Compliance.
• Proactively manage work orders for daily jobs.
• Manage Subcontract Agreements and Certificate of Insurance Documents.
• Assist with Certified Payroll.
• Other duties as assigned.
