Provides case management services for an assigned caseload. Works closely with individuals we serve and/or their families. Communicates with staff, vendors and the community. Organizes and resolves work‑related situations.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, one may be asked to act as Manager in the absence of the Program Manager.

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four‑year college or university; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Internships and/or training level employee may have less requirements.
California Driver License, Class C with personal auto insurance (meeting minimum California requirements).
