South Central Los Angeles Regional Center is seeking a Resource Developer in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining vendor relations for services and supports tailored to individuals transitioning from State Developmental Centers. You will ensure program designs meet state requirements and facilitate vendorization, audits, and reimbursement processes.
The position requires a B.A. in Human Services with 1–2 years of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish

Salary Range: $51,979 - $76,796
Develops and maintains residential and nonresidential vendor relations, including programs and services for individuals we serve targeted for transition from State Developmental Centers.

Provides technical assistance and support to applicants completing the vendorization process:
Community Placement Plan (CPP), Underserved/Disparity, HCBS, Downsizing, and Program Development Funds (PDF) Grants Administration:

B.A. from an accredited university in the Human Service field, one or two years experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferred and/or training.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
A valid California driver license, vehicle and adequate automobile insurance.
