We are a fast‑growing Nevada manufacturer’s representative firm that represents commercial HVAC and plumbing products. Along with our core business we have a Service Division and a Parts Division. We are seeking a strong Service Coordinator responsible for coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of the service department and technicians. Must be detail and customer‑service oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and maintain a high level of correspondence with customers, technicians, supervisors, and the field. Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced & high‑volume environment is essential.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.
